Quick Pre-Session Review & Sign (Required)

Your recording session starts in ~5 minutes. Before we begin, please take 1 minute to review and sign the items below so we can avoid any miscommunication and keep the session running smoothly.

1) Audio Review & Approval Policy (Required)

To maintain the highest quality, all clients must review the entire first complete take before we record any additional takes.
This review happens either in the engineer’s room or through the engineer’s headphones, so you can hear the full performance as one connected take.
Note: Some passages may naturally sound different depending on the instrument and technique (ex: piano resonance in heavy chords, string tone changes with bow speed/pressure, wind color changes with breath/articulation). Reviewing the full take helps confirm the overall sound across the entire performance.

2) Video Selection & Delivery

  • 1–1.5 hr session → 1 final video

  • 2–2.5 hr session → 2 final videos

  • Additional final videos: $25 each

  • Delivery: within 72 hours after selections are confirmed

  • Express delivery (within 24 hours): $100 flat fee

3) Session Responsibility

  • You are responsible for monitoring your audio + video during the session

  • Please confirm camera angle(s), lighting, and reverb level with the engineer before recording starts

  • Changes after recording begins may require retakes and/or additional fees

4) Editing

  • One round of basic editing is included

  • Advanced edits (splicing, heavy syncing, overdubs, etc.) are available for an additional fee (ask Jinny/engineer for a quote)

  • Editing requests must be submitted within 7 days of the session
