The space is acoustically treated, well-lit, and temperature-controlled for comfort and focus. Ideal for: Studying or remote work Tutoring or consultations Photography or filming (no sound interference) Meditation, auditions, or private rehearsals requiring silence Amenities: Free Wi-Fi Table and chair setup upon request Access to restroom and waiting area Easy parking on site

Cancellation Policy

Policy Description: To cancel or reschedule your room rental, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking will receive a 50% refund. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. The room must be used for quiet purposes only — no music practice, lessons, or recordings will take place during your rental period to ensure a completely silent environment. Please leave the space clean and in its original condition after use.
