Before Booking
To help us prepare the best setup for your session, please complete our short email questionnaire. You’re also welcome to share event details, reference recordings, sound preferences, or any specific requirements.
Lastly, before your visit, please take a moment to review our studio policy listed on the home page.

Parking & Arrival
Parking is usually easy to find, even during church service times on Sundays — feel free to park anywhere in the lot.
Please enter through the door directly across from Echo Church (the one facing their main entrance).
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your session to get settled, but not earlier than 10 minutes prior, as we may be finishing up another session or preparing for yours.
Follow the signs, bring your music, and come right in — we’re excited to welcome you!
P.S. We have six music stands, a cellist’s adjustable chair, and two cello endpins available for your use.
Visit the Lobby
Our lobby is more than a waiting area — it’s a relaxing space that seats 35+ guests and adapts easily for receptions, private events, or small gatherings.
We provide tables, chairs, and setup support so guests can enjoy an intimate, welcoming atmosphere before or after your recital or recording.
There’s room for your belongings, catered food, light décor, and refreshments. All recording sessions include complimentary healthy snacks and beverages.
Whether you’re recording, performing, or celebrating — we’re here to make it smooth and memorable.

Start Recording
Once you’re settled, you’ll begin playing. While you perform, our engineer will fine-tune the sound adjusting mic placement and room balance to perfectly match your instrument and playing style. Levels are monitored in real time, allowing you to focus entirely on the music.
Whether it’s your first professional recording or your next competition project, you’ll feel the calm, focused energy of the studio the moment you begin.

Sound Check
After your first take, we’ll pause for a full listen-through together. This step ensures that everything — tone, balance, and room sound — feels just right to you.
We encourage every musician to listen carefully to the entire first recording before moving on. It’s the best way to confirm that the microphones, acoustics, and performance are captured exactly as you envision.

After Your Session
After your session, our engineer will upload your final audio takes to Google Drive for you to review. When you let us know which takes you’d like synced with your videos, we’ll begin the editing process.
During this stage, we ensure your video is bright and clear and your sound is balanced and natural. You’re welcome to request additional edits — such as lighting adjustments or subtle audio refinements — when you confirm your selected takes.
Final videos are typically delivered within 72 hours after your selections are confirmed.
Need them sooner? Express delivery within 24 hours is available for an additional $100.
