Parking & Arrival

Parking is usually ample, except during Echo Church service times on Sundays.

Please enter through the door directly across from Echo Church.

Arrive about 5 minutes early to settle in before your session begins.
Recital Venue Rental
Our studio offers a warm, acoustically treated recital space — perfect for small studio recitals and student showcases.

We officially provide 50 seats; ideal for teachers with fewer than 20 students.

Additional seating can be arranged upon request.

You’re welcome to use the lobby area for a reception after your recital.

Please note: your rental time includes setup, performance, reception, and time until all guests have left.
During Your Recording Session
Your session includes a technical setup and quality check led by our engineer. This ensures we capture the best sound and visuals for your instrument and performance.

You’ll review lighting, camera angles, and sound with the engineer.

You are responsible for monitoring your audio and video results during the session.

Although we use optimized mic setups for each instrument, final sound quality depends on your input and confirmation.

You’ll complete a Session Checklist and sign off before recording begins.
Please note:
Warm-up time and technical checks are included in your booked session time, so plan accordingly when selecting your session length.
You will sign this checklist each time you record.
Video Selection & Delivery

1–1.5 hour sessions: Choose 1 final video

2–2.5 hour sessions: Choose 2 final videos

Additional videos: $25 each

Final delivery is within 72 hours after you confirm selections

Need it faster? Express delivery within 24 hours is $100/video
Editing

1 round of basic editing (if needed) is included.

Advanced edits (splicing, syncing, etc.) are available for an additional fee.

All editing requests must be submitted within 7 days of your session.
