Session Guidelines

1. Warm-Up Time: Warm-up time is included in your paid session time. Please plan accordingly.
    

2. Practice Bookings: Practice rates apply only for piano use. Using recording equipment during practice will incur the applicable recording rate.
    

3. Personal Equipment Use: If recording with your own equipment without using any studio equipment, you must book the "Recording with Personal Equipment" rate.
    

4. Event Bookings: Event space usage requires a minimum booking of 2 hours and is charged at the same rate as recording.
    

5. Extra Time Policy: Additional time will be charged in 15-minute increments at the applicable rate.
    

6. Violations: Misuse of the studio space or violations of these policies may result in additional charges.

 
Payment and Booking

• No deposit is required to reserve a spot.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

 
Cancellation Policy

• Cancel at least 72 hours in advance to receive a 50% refund.

• Cancel within 72 hours of the session: non-refundable.

• You may reschedule once if requested at least 72 hours in advance.

• ​After rescheduling, no refunds will be issued upon cancellation.

 
Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your booking once if the request is made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled time.

• Further rescheduling is not permitted.

• If you cancel after rescheduling, the service fee will not be refunded.

 
Studio Conduct

1. No Food/Drink: To protect our instruments and equipment, no food or drinks are allowed inside the studios. This policy is strictly enforced. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.

2. Care for Equipment and Space:

   • Treat all equipment and studio spaces with respect.

   • Damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

   • Notify staff immediately if any issues arise with equipment or space.

 
Setup and Cleanup

• Booking time includes both setup and cleanup.

• Remove all personal belongings and trash at the end of your session.

• Additional cleaning fees may apply if the studio is left in poor condition.

 
Noise Levels and Building Etiquette

• Be mindful of noise levels, especially if adjacent rooms are booked.

• Disruptive behavior or excessive noise may result in early termination of your booking without a refund.
