Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Saxophone Group Lessons (16-Week Program) 1. Enrollment & Minimum Class Size A minimum of 3 students is required for the program to begin. If the class does not reach 3 students, all payments will be fully refunded. Enrollment closes one week before the first class or when we reach 8 students, whichever comes first. 2. Tuition & Payment Tuition for the full 16-week program is $1,200. Early registration discount: $150 off if enrolled before 12/25/2025. Payment is due at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods: Credit Card and Zelle. Credit card fees may apply depending on your payment processor. 3. Refund Policy Tuition becomes non-refundable once the program begins, as the instructor, room, and materials are reserved for the full 16 weeks. If the studio must cancel the program (e.g., minimum not met), all payments will be refunded in full. No partial refunds are offered for missed classes. 4. Missed Classes Because this is a group program, missed classes cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited. Recap materials or practice notes may be provided when possible. 5. Instructor Cancellations If the instructor must cancel a class due to illness or emergency: A make-up class will be scheduled, or An additional week will be added to the program. 6. Attendance & Punctuality Classes begin promptly. Late arrivals do not extend class time. Please arrive early to warm up and set up your instrument. 7. Final Performance A group performance will be held at the end of the 16-week program. Performance details will be announced during the session. 8. Materials & Instruments Students must bring their own saxophone and reeds. Sheet music and ensemble materials will be provided by the studio unless otherwise noted. 9. Behavior & Group Etiquette Students are expected to be respectful, supportive, and ready to participate. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.
