Cancellation Policy

1. The tuition deposit has to be paid when you book online. You will pay directly to the teacher when you see the teacher in person during the lesson. 2. Communication Hours I understand that students may practice late into the night. However, to manage my time effectively, I will only respond to emails and other messages between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. This schedule allows me to balance my teaching, practice, and performance commitments while still being available to my students. 3. Studio Recitals The studio recital is held at least once a year. 4. Cancellation/Make-Up Policy - Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. A written notice via text message or email is required. - No-shows or missed lessons without prior notice are considered forfeited and are non-refundable, as well as you will be charged the entire lesson fee. - If two or more lessons are canceled within a 30-day period, the teacher reserves the right to terminate the lesson agreement at their discretion. - If you notify me in advance that you cannot attend a lesson, there will be no rescheduling or cancellation fee. Make-up lessons may be held online or credited toward the following month. 5. Tardy Policy There is no grace period for tardiness. Lessons will proceed for the scheduled duration, regardless of the student’s arrival time. Students are allotted up to ten minutes for packing, unpacking, and tuning before the lesson begins.
