Service Description
This session includes access to our professional studio featuring a Steinway Model B, our full audio setup (up to 8 microphones), and an on-site audio engineer. You’ll receive all recorded audio takes. Sessions are for tracking. Mixing and mastering happen after the session and are billed separately. Video recording is included, and we’ll sync your selected audio take(s) to the video for delivery. Extensive post-production—such as pitch correction, heavy processing, advanced editing, or special effects—is available as an add-on service. Microphones will be configured to match your instrument(s) and musical goals. Our room features pan-acoustics, allowing musicians to hear a natural, inspiring playback in the room—enhanced by controlled reflections and warm reverb. During warm-up, we’ll adjust the room and placement so what you hear in the space and on playback feels right for your sound. After your first take, we strongly encourage you to listen back carefully and note any contrasting sections, balance concerns, or stylistic details you’d like to refine. Clear feedback helps the engineer adjust quickly and supports your artistry. We recommend planning a little extra time beyond your reserved session whenever possible. A relaxed, unhurried pace supports your best performance—and helps you leave with a recording you feel truly proud of.
Cancellation Policy
[Payment] - Every reservation must be paid in full before the session, including reservations that use loyalty points or credits. - Payment is due within 48 hours of booking. This applies to every order, invoice and quote. - Any reservation not paid within 48 hours of booking is forfeited and removed. Online booking closes 4 hours before a session. [During Your Session] - You sign off on a sound checklist, including reverb, auto-tune and any other effects or plugins used, before recording. The approved sound is final. - Sessions cover one task at a time, for the project you booked. For Audio Recording and Audition Special sessions: Your session includes light mixing and mastering to your satisfaction, signed off on our sound checklist. After sign-off, all further mixing and mastering is post mixing and mastering, billed separately. Two tasks in the same hour is double booking, and each is billed separately. [Discounts and Booked Sessions] - Discounts are limited to memberships, a new client's first booking (once per client), and limited-time codes from Jinny's Music Studio. - A booking is for the date, time, service and length you book. It can't be used to lock in a price or a discount for later sessions. - Don't book a date you don't plan to use. Booking placeholder dates to hold a discount or a price isn't allowed. - Session time can't be split, banked, credited or moved to another session. If you use less time than you booked, the rest is forfeited. - A reschedule keeps the same service and length. - Bookings that don't follow this policy may be canceled or charged at the regular rate for what was delivered: one hour of session time per final video, plus mixing and mastering, extra time, and express delivery per video. - Reservations can be booked up to 6 months ahead. A reschedule has to stay within 6 months of the day you booked. - Come prepared and book ahead of your audition deadline. Don't wait until the last minute.
