Cancellation Policy

🎵 Recording Session Policy — Jinny's Music Studio [Payment] - Pay in full before your session, including bookings that use points or credits. Payment is due within 48 hours of booking. Unpaid reservations are forfeited and removed. [Your Session] - Session time includes setup, warm-up and cleanup. The engineer records during warm-up so you can listen back and confirm the sound. - Microphones are set up in advance and adjusted at the start. - You sign off on the sound, including effects, before recording. That sound is final. - For Audio Recording and Audition Special sessions: Your session includes light mixing and mastering to your satisfaction, signed off on our sound checklist. After sign-off, all further mixing and mastering is post mixing and mastering, billed separately. - One task at a time; no double booking. Extra time is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable rate. [After Your Session] - Audio files are uploaded to a shared Google Drive folder within 24 hours. - Choose one audio take per final video: 1–1.5 hour booking = 1 final video; 2–2.5 hour booking = 2 final videos. - Final synced videos are delivered within 72 hours. Additional synced final video: $25 each. 24-Hour Express: $100 per video. - During syncing, Jinny may make light visual adjustments (such as color correction or gentle cropping) and small audio refinements. [Rates and Rentals] - Practice rates cover piano use only. Any use of recording equipment is billed at recording rates. - Recording with your own gear (no studio equipment) uses the "Recording with Personal Equipment" rate. - Event and venue rentals have a 2-hour minimum. [Discounts] - Discounts are limited to memberships, a new client's first booking (once per client), and limited-time codes from Jinny's Music Studio. [Cancellation & Rescheduling] - Cancel at least 72 hours before your session for a 50% refund. Within 72 hours, no refund. - You may reschedule once if requested at least 72 hours in advance, within 6 months of the original booking date. A rescheduled booking isn't refundable if later canceled. [Studio Care] - No food or drink in the studios, control room or vocal booth. - Treat all equipment with care and report issues right away. Damage beyond normal wear and extra cleaning are billed as set out in the Studio Policy. - Disruptive behavior may end the session without refund.
